For the first time in HELL'S KITCHEN history, the latest batch of 20 aspiring restaurateurs head to Las Vegas to present their signature dishes before Chef Ramsey and a live audience. The contestants will split into two teams - the red team and the blue team - to prove they have what it takes to win a life-changing grand prize as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill at Caesars Palace. They talked to FoxNews.com’s Ashley Dvorkin about what it’s like to be on the show and what’s in store during this—the 11th season. Giblin says one of the biggest challenges for her was cooking in front of the large, live audience, for which they were given no advanced warning. “It was incredible, scary,” she said. In Tuesday’s show they say there’s an extra contestant that is neither man nor woman. Also the winning team (they don’t say who) gets a VIP night on the town, while the losers get a bumpy ride home on a hot school bus.

The steaks are high when the contestants travel to Las Vegas and see the kitchen where this season's winner will work as a Head Chef: BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas. And, for the first time in HELL'S KITCHEN history, they will compete in that kitchen for the signature dish team challenge. The winning team will earn a ride on the High Roller - the world's tallest Ferris wheel - and get VIP service at Drai's Nightclub, while the losing team prepares a Vegas buffet service, which includes peeling 50 lbs. of shrimp and 1,000 lbs. of potatoes. Later, during their first dinner service, one of the teams will fail early on in the service, prompting Chef Ramsay to kick them out of the kitchen. As "Alone" enters its fourth season, the competition series shakes things up with a new twist: the contestants are dropped off in a remote location as pairs. Seven pairs of family members travel to a rugged region of British Columbia, where they are separated and dropped off miles apart from each other. Each player must navigate the wilderness to locate his or her partner. Once reunited, the loved ones have to create their own shelters and forage for their food while overcoming rough weather conditions and deadly predators. They have nothing more than the contents of their small backpacks and 10 tools split between them to help with their survival. They also have enough camera gear to record their experiences because -- as in the past -- there is no camera crew. The last duo standing at the end of the season is declared the winner and takes home the $500,000 grand prize.
